With STINK taking control of Madame de Vascalles' brain and Smirk and Tremaine on the run from the hyper-efficient Commander Molstrop of the Metropolitan Police, the fate of the free world hangs by a thread.

Unfortunately their efforts are frustrated by a succession of inconvenient visitors getting in the way.
