The Senior Speed Date A well loved and very funny one act, 40 minute stage play. Previously performed and very well received in the U.K. the U.S.A. and New Zeeland. The senior speed date has received great reviews from all who have performed and watched it. Our writer Jeff, has created a work that is genuinely funny without being rude or offensive. The play is designed to be quite fast moving, yet easy to follow. The simple set and small cast make it ideal for all. Easy to produce and a truly entertaining watch for the audience. An excellent choice for any group seeking a comedy that really makes people laugh out loud, with a twist that surprises even the most suspecting. An absolute must for the one act play festivals. |
A Princess for Christmas A great full length 1hour 30 minute alternative for those who want a very funny Christmas script, that is not a pantomime. A Princess for Christmas has received excellent reviews from both performers and audiences alike. It was nominated for the best new script award in Essex, and has had several other award nominations for those playing various parts on stage. Intended to be a comedy alternative to the traditional Christmas pantomime, the play is funny with some tender and thought provoking moments. It intentionally calls out the bigoted bully and raises a mild awareness of issues such as race and sexuality using carefully crafted, subtle comedy. If you are fed up with the year on year oh yes he did, oh no he didn't, this offering may be just what you are looking for. Festive, but not too festive, funny and even a little emotional in parts, it has everything. A quite simple set and a smallish cast makes it a great choice for groups large or small |
