Our Little Secret
'Our Little Secret' was an award winner in the 2016 Helen Jean Playwriting Contest. Chief Judge Vin Lewis wrote about the play 'This play will delightfully surprise any audience by pleasantly tricking them into accepting an incredible, but ultimately entertaining premise.' In addition, it was a semifinalist in the 2016 Neil LaBute New Theater Festival. The Erris Players performed it in Áras Inis Gluaire, Belmullet, Ireland, Dec. 2017. It was also selected for a reading at Khaos Company Theatre's Emerging Artist's Festival in Nov. 2018. Most reent production was by The Colchester Theatre Group at The Headgate Theatre in January 2020, where it received very favorable reviews. It will appear Off-Broadway on June 16th at Playwright's Horizons in NYC as part of the Downtown Urban Arts Festival. |
A Blind Date
'A Blind Date' has been performed many times and is always a crowd pleaser. This play may be performed in a bar, a cafe or coffeehouse, really anywhere. It had its world premiere in September of 2015 at Mac's Tavern produced by Cary Playwright's Forum. It was also performed by Crestwood High School Drama Club in February of 2017. It was performed on the radio by Shoestring Radio Theatre in April of 2017. It was produced Off-Off Broadway at The Producer's Club Theater in NYC in November of 2017 by Love Creek Productions. It was performed live on the radio by Radio Theatre Project in 2018. It was also a Finalist Off-Off Broadway at The Secret Theatre's Act One-One Act Festival in 2019. It will appear in May 2023 as part of a lineup of comedy skits by the Crowhurst Drama Group in Crowhurst, UK. |
Help Me Get Over You
'Help Me Get Over You' had its world premiere at the first annual East End Fringe Festival in Riverhead, New York on July 27, 2017. It was also performed on the radio by Shoestring Radio Theatre on May 3, 2017. It was performed at the Secret Theatre's Act One - One Act Festival Competition in NYC in January 2018 and was a Finalist. It was an award winner at the 2018 Downtown Urban Arts Festival (DUAF) and was performed as part of that festival in NYC in April of 2018. It was also a Finalist in the 10-Ten UAE Theatre Festival in Dubai. It was also selected for performance by Between Us Productions's Take Ten Festival in 2018. It was also produced in September 2018 at Boxfest Detroit. It was selected for production at the On The Edge Theater Company of Chillicothe for 2019. It was most recently performed by Unidentified Stages in New Jersey in February 2020. It will appear as part of a lineup of comedy skits by the Westfield Productions in Southampton, UK, in June 2023. |
