What's a Murder Mystery Event? |
- The audience members (or party guests) are brought together for a fictitious 'special event'. A murder takes place, which the participants are invited to solve.
- In this case
- A scripted murder mystery set in the USA in the 1890. The audience are 'party guests' so could be invited to dress for the era.
- The four actors play out two scripted scenes before the audience complete accusation forms.
- The cast then play out one of three scripted endings.
- This Mystery Needs
- An 'acting company' of 2 men and 2 women
- One set comprising furniture
- Estimated run times (which may vary enormously!)
- Scripted elements: 40 minutes

In the USA, in the 1890s, a thief staged a bold bank hold-ups. The last robbery ended in multiple deaths, including the thief's, but an accomplice - a master of disguise - escaped the shootout and is hiding amongst the guests of a party:-
