What's the Mystery Here?
In 1936, a celebration at the home of Lt. Col. Albert Braddock is interrupted by the arrival of Detective Chief Inspector Louis Bouchard and his assistant W.P.C. Penny Entwistle. In addition to the head of the household, those interrupted are:-
Victoria Braddock, heiress, and wife of the Lieutenant Colonel.
James Braddock their son, celebrating his engagement to:
Society girl, Azalea Astor
Eleanor Braddock, James's younger sister
A housemaid, Sarah Brown.
The Inspector calls with the news that there has been a murder. But how does this concern the household and, importantly, whodunnit? Can the police (and the audience) solve the case?
