The Staff Room by Juliet Devon
RolesMinimum Male roles = 1. Minimum Female roles = 5. Minimum total with doubling = 7. Minimum total without doubling = 9. No chorus. Seven on-stage teachers and two off-stage pupil's voices (which could be recordings). The Headteacher is written as female, but can be played as male with the necessary minimal changes to the script.
