As one of these enthusiasts is DCI Gareth Trench, enjoying some well-earned leave, it seems likely that some foul deed is in the offing.

This comedy thriller follows the investigation real time. Can anyone work out who the killer is before it’s too late? Will the guides return the table? Will the rain ever stop and will the meeting ever be finished?

All the ingredients of the classic whodunnit, including the pipe-smoking amateur detective - though in this case, she might well be one of the suspects!
