SynopsisSusan is fed up with her husband, who, after forty years of marriage, is more interested in his model trains than his wife. She wants an amicable trial separation, but Geoff refuses to leave. The solution involves a length of police crime-scene tape.

Hamelin Rats - The Musical by Gerald P. Murphy

SynopsisRats are taking over the rich town of Hamelin, so when an eccentrically dressed stranger offers to drive them away, the Mayor offers to heap him with gold. However, when the rats have disappeared, so has the Mayor's promise, till the stranger reminds the town of his musical prowess.

Hamlet - What Was The Question? by Geoff Bamber

In this version a number of parts (Clowns, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern, Castle Guards and Narrators) can be played by either male or female performers without any need to amend the text.

SynopsisWhen the King of Denmark dies, Prince Hamlet, his son, assumes that he will succeed to the throne. Unfortunately his Uncle Claudius has other ideas and, by marrying the newly widowed Queen Gertrude, takes the crown for himself. When Hamlet learns through his father's ghost that Claudius and Gertrude engineered the King's death so that they could be together, the Prince seeks vengeance. His task is not aided by pressure being placed on him to marry the vapid Ophelia and Claudius' plan to have him killed by the sinister Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. The body count rises as Hamlet closes in on the evil Claudius. Will justice be done? Will our hero triumph? Will he ever answer that question?

Hamlet the Musical by Gerald P. Murphy

StyleShakespeare's Hamlet retold in modern (American) English, with more jokes than the original.
In a normal tragedy, at the end, everyone dies. This is a musical - at the end, everyone sings.
SynopsisPrince Hamlet's father reappears as a ghost to demand revenge for his murder. The prince vacillates, arranges a play to trap the murderer, and finally chooses to fight.

Hannah the Horrible by Gerald P. Murphy

SynopsisDame Beatrice, aunt to Hans and Gretel, handsome Prince Kurt with his entourage, and the whole of his police force (!) combine - to prevent evil witch Gretchen and her weird attendants from turning Hans and Gretel into gingerbread men. A giant bird helps as well... A traditional panto with good and evil characters, and plenty of audience involvement.

Hansel & Gretel...? (A Postmodern Pantomime) [One-Act] by Luke Reilly

The script requires a non-speaking usher as part of the cast, but also a volunteer from the audience (a genuine volunteer, not a plant) who is given some lines to read, so needs a script but is not part of the cast. SynopsisA few unconventional twists to the Grimm brothers' tale. The witch wants an extention for her cottage. Enter the odd job men, Short and Sweet. (Given that it's a gingerbread cottage, this is a really odd job.) Meanwhile, Hansel and Gretel have got lost in the woods (by following an escaped cake!) and their mother (Dame Betty Knott) is going frantic.

Tthere could well be a huntsman, a professor, a troll and a small police unit in some version, somewhere. And if there wasn't, there is now.

SynopsisHansel and Gretel's widowed and lonely father, a woodcutter, needs a new wife. When his children find him the perfect candidate an early 'happy ever after' resolution appears likely. It can't be that simple, can it? No, it can't. Enter a witch with an evil plan and family life takes a turn for the worse.
