Sic Notus Ulixes? by Nicholas Richards

Manchester, Protestant by persuasion and for Parliament, resists under the leadership of some of the deputy-lieutenants. The play recounts their resistance, culminating in Derby's siege of the town in September 1642.

The Silent Princess by Geoff Bamber

SynopsisThere is a crisis at the Royal Court. The Princess is unable to speak, courtesy of an evil fairy's spell. As her hopeful suitor, Prince Arkalan, is on his way, the Princess's voice must be found. The onerous task falls to the Prime Minister who ultimately finds himself leading an expedition to the lair of Morgana the Sorceress. Morgana will have a miracle cure - surely. Well, she might but she needs a lot of persuading. Even then, success is far from assured, even with Prince Arkalan himself joining the mission.

The Silver Nutmeg by Chris Bradley
