A Helping Hand by Peter Hale

SynopsisMary, a harassed social services official, is visiting the old people in her district to update the database. George, an apparently lonely widower, is initially uncooperative. When Mary finds herself staying longer than expected, the barriers come down - and Mary is taught not to patronise the elderly.

Henry and the Rocket by Eseld Swift

The cast speak directly to the audience as well as interacting with each other. (Designed to be used in a variety of ways including as 'group readers'.) Play 1 deals with Catherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn, Play 2 covers Anne Boleyn and Jane Seymour, Play 3 brings in Anne of Cleves and Catherine Howard, Play 4 introduces Henry's last wife, Catherine Parr, and Play 5 is a brief review from the point of view of the six wives.
