Synopsis:
The evil Snow Queen needs more children to work in her snow mine to fulfil her plan to dominate the world by turning it into a land of ice. Her bumbling henchmen, led by Jack Frost, set out to kidnap all the children but their plans are thwarted by Dame Rosie ably assisted by escaped penguins Pete and Percy.
