Synopsis
:
Dick and his cat, Tommy assist the people of London Town with the rat problem led by the evil King Rat. The search for the rats takes them to the island of Mycoco where they and the gang led by Dame Sarah land up after their ship sinks. Fortunately Dick manages to defeat King Rat and all is well in the end.
