Synopsis:
Nineteenth-century palaeontologist Mary Anning is dying of breast cancer. Under the care of a local woman, she takes laudanum for pain relief, which induces hallucinations that cause her to reflect on her past and her struggle to make a name for herself in a man’s world. |
