Synopsis:
It is 1900, and in the sleepy Suffolk village of St Dunstan's. A local legend says that when the Headless Huntsman rides, a death will follow. After the bizarre and unexplained death of the vicar, Acting Sergeant Angelica Thorn and hapless Constable John Long are called in to investigate. But as more deaths follow, Angelica's ambition to become England's first female detective seems to be slipping from her grasp.
