Madame Carlotta is the custodian of the shop in which each of the items on sale has a gruesome story attached to it. A young couple sheltering from a severe storm find refuge in the shop and are enthralled as Madame Carlotta’s tales come to life, little knowing that they will be the subject of the next tale.
