In rural 1950s England, MI5 agents are investigating various nefarious deeds at Bristle Upon Rise Golf Club. Harry Toxin wants to build an extension to his holiday camp but faces opposition from the environmentalist Toads In Trouble brigade. Interwoven are the members’ extra-marital goings on, and a diamond smuggling ring.
